Hotel Information
Welcome to our out of town teams. We are pleased that the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Bureau will be your "single source” for hotel reservations for the 2011 Pike Fest Soccer Tournament. The staff at the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Bureau will coordinate all of the hotel reservations. Please do not call the hotels direct.
All teams that are selected for participation are required to Fill out and Fax in the provided hotel reservation form to the Housing Bureau at the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association in order to make hotel reservations for their team. Reservations are required at one of the designated hotels and must be booked through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association. NO Exceptions.
If your team needs to cancel a reservation:
All rooms must be canceled on or before August 5, 2011 – Boys Tournament
All rooms must be cancelled on or before August 12, 2011 – Girls Tournament
